Your records and the fact that you are being seen are strictly confidential. I cannot disclose or release your medical records to anyone without your written authorization. I will ask that you sign a release for me to communicate with your primary care provider, in order to provide you with the best care.
I am required by law to make a report if you pose a danger to yourself or to others, or if there appears to be abuse of a child, dependent adult, or person with a developmental disability.
As a client, you will be connected to a secure and private patient portal for our communications and telehealth therapy sessions.
